Wilson Sonsini Represents Serialized Fiction Start-Up Radish in $63.2 Million Fundraise

On August 4, 2020, digital fiction start-up Radish announced that it has raised $63.2 million in new funding. Wilson Sonsini represented Radish in the transaction.

With the funding round led by Kakao Page and SoftBank Ventures Asia, Radish aims to take advantage of their expertise in the Asian market to grow Radish’s U.S. audience. That will mean accelerating content production in the hopes of creating more hit titles, as well as spending more on performance marketing.

The Wilson Sonsini team representing Radish in the transaction includes member Yokum Taku and associates Sumin Kim and Nick Barnett.
