Wilson Sonsini Advises Yuno on $25 Million Series A

On March 5, 2024, Colombia-based payments start-up, Yuno, announced that it successfully completed a $25 million Series A funding round led by DST Global Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Kaszek Ventures, and Monashees. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Yuno on this transaction. The new funding will enable Yuno to continue to build its platform and support its expansion in Asia, Europe, and Africa.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Yuno on the transaction includes Matt Squires, Cesar Fischer, Jose Corte-Real, and Luis Fortuño.
