Wilson Sonsini Advises Valor Capital on Series B Investment in Nexu

On October 17, 2023, Nexu, a Mexico-based provider of an automotive financing platform, announced it has raised $20 million in a Series B round led by Valor Capital Group (Valor Capital) with participation from FinTech Collective and Endeavor Catalyst, as well as previous investors Altos Ventures, Wollef, Squareone, Clocktower Ventures, Gilgamesh Ventures, FJ Labs, Ivernet, and Capem. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Valor Capital on the transaction.

Nexu is revolutionizing the Mexican automotive industry, making it easier for drivers to access financing and acquire vehicles. The new funding will enable the company to develop its intelligent platform and expand its operations and services.
