Wilson Sonsini Advises The Newcastle Network on Kizik’s $20 Million Series B Round

On July 19, 2022, Kizik, a leader in hands-free shoes, and its parent, HandsFree Labs, announced the completion of a $20 million Series B funding round. Kizik will use the funds to launch a Kizik Kids line and create a retail footprint with Kizik stores. The funding round was led by The Newcastle Network, a consumer-focused private equity fund combining expertise in data science, creator and social media marketing, innovation, and entrepreneurship to help companies unlock new levels of growth.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised The Newcastle Network on the transaction. The team includes Marc Porter, Brian Dillavou, Jesse Houchens, Ryan Greecher, Myra Sutanto Shen, and Jonathan Ye.
