Wilson Sonsini Advises The Coterie on $40 Million Series A

On October 24, 2022, The Coterie, a developer of lending and investment platform for founders, raised $40 million in Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Stanley Tang, Naval Ravikant, Initialized, Pear VC, and Gradient Ventures.
