SelectUSA San Francisco Spin-off Program

Wilson Sonsini is pleased to support the SelectUSA San Francisco Spin-off Program co-hosted with GlobalSF and QB3. This one-day event is designed to give participants the opportunity to delve into the vibrant biotech economy in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sessions and speakers will provide an overview on the biotech sector in the bay area; opportunities to invest in biotech and biomanufacturing; government financial incentives, services, and programs available to inbound companies and investors; and global expansion advising from San Francisco-based firms presenting on legal, visa, taxes, insurance, banking, HR, marketing, talent, and funding considerations. Participants will emerge with a solid understanding of the toolkit needed to participate in the dynamic biotech environment here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
