My 30 years of representing Linear Technology, from junior attorney prior to their IPO to partner in charge of the entire relationship at the time of their $16 billion sale

Working with computers; rollerblading; and spending time with my wife and daughter
Q: What was your most challenging deal?
Running IPOs for Dolby Laboratories, J.D. Edwards (largest IPO in firm history at the time), and WordPerfect (which ended up never happening)
Q: What was your most memorable travel experience?
Five-person barge trip on the canals of Brittany built by Napoleon
Q: If you weren't an attorney, what would you like to be?
Either an astronaut or in mission control at SpaceX
